Welcome to TooLabX (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website (toolabx.com) and our suite of applications, including but not limited to ReeLabX and ClassLabX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Payments and Billing via Paddle
Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns regarding payments.
By upgrading to any premium subscription on Toolabx or its subdomains, you are purchasing from Paddle, and your transaction is subject to Paddle’s Terms and Conditions. Your payment method will be charged on a recurring basis as outlined in the plan you select.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use TooLabX to create or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use TooLabX.

2. Authentication via Clerk
Secure Login: We partner with Clerk to provide secure user authentication. When you sign up or log in, Clerk handles your credentials safely. We do not store, process, or have access to your raw passwords. Your profile data and authentication state are managed by Clerk in accordance with their strict security and privacy standards.
3. Payment Data
Because we use Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record, we do not collect or store your credit card information or sensitive financial data on our servers. All billing information is processed directly by Paddle through their secure, PCI-compliant checkout system.

Refund Policy
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. As such, our refund policy strictly adheres to Paddle’s Buyer Terms to ensure a fair and secure experience for all our users.
1. 14-Day Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel your purchase and request a full refund within 14 days of your order, without giving any reason. We offer an unconditional 14-day refund window on all purchases to ensure your complete satisfaction.
2. How to Request a Refund
To exercise your right of cancellation within the 14-day window, simply email us at admin@toolabx.com using the email address associated with your account. We will process your request promptly.
Because Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method via Paddle. It may take 3-5 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement.
